Hivā at School
Peer mediation, leadership, outreach, adjudication
HIVĀ @ SCHOOL equips students, staff, and community with practical tools to transform conflict into learning and leadership. We deliver peer-mediation training, student leadership intensives, staff PD, community outreach, and adjudication support, all grounded in Pacific values of alofa, fa‘aaloalo, and vā. Learners practice courageous conversations, restorative conferencing, and cultural protocols that build safety and voice. Schools become places where difference is respected, harm is addressed, and relationships are strengthened—so every conflict becomes a chance to grow character and community.
Learn how our Pacific values-based frameworks guide each step of our ADR work, from first contact through to restoration, creating processes that heal, not just resolve.
